Herbal Pain Remedy

An herbal pain remedy can at times be a lifesaver when it comes to chronic pain. Pain is actually very useful! It tells us when something is wrong with the body and acute pain should be delt with immediately.

Chronic pain is a whole new game though isn't it? This is like an alarm that rings constantly reminding you there is little or no relief. Usually there is some change in the body and causes include:

  • Spinal injuries
  • Cancer
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Shingles
  • MS and Lupus
  • Diabetic Neuropathy

Chronic pain also comes with other complications including anxiety, depression and eventually a lower tolerance to pain in general, which makes the problem worse. Poor sleep and poor exercise also result.
